Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 9, 2026

RosterPass is committed to making our platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every parent, coach, and club administrator should be able to manage their team regardless of ability.

Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard. This is the internationally recognized benchmark for web accessibility, covering requirements for visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive accessibility.

What We Do

  • We run automated accessibility audits on every code change before it reaches production, catching common issues like missing labels, low color contrast, and keyboard navigation problems.
  • Our interface uses semantic HTML, ARIA attributes, and proper heading structure so screen readers and other assistive technologies can interpret our pages correctly.
  • Interactive elements meet minimum touch target sizes for users with motor impairments.
  • We support both light and dark color modes and respect system preferences.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full compliance, some areas may have gaps. Third-party embedded content (such as payment forms provided by Stripe) is outside our direct control, though we select vendors who prioritize accessibility.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using RosterPass, we want to hear about it. Please contact us at support@rosterpass.com with a description of the issue. We take these reports seriously and will work to resolve them promptly.
